House Policies:
- The Manoir and rooms are non-smoking. You may enjoy your smokes in our spacious courtyard. We only ask that you dispose of you butts properly.
- Although we do like animals, we do not accept pets in the Manoir.
- At present we accept checks, drafted on a French bank, cash and traveler checks in euro.
- The ideal arrival time is between the hours of 1600h and 2200h, with check out at 1100h. If you have other plans, please discuss your desire with us and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
- We are normally open year round. Any period of closure will be posted on our website well in advance.
- We strongly recommend that you make a reservation during the high and off seasons.
- For all advance weekend reservations during July and August a minimum stay of two nights will be required.
- Other minimum stay requirements may apply for certain holidays and events. Information will be posted on this wed site or furnished upon request.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies:
- A deposit equivalent to one night is required for all advance reservations made during the summer season and for holidays.
- Reservation confirmation will be made either by email, fax, or post, as you prefer.
- Reservations not confirmed and guaranteed by the required deposit may be cancelled.
- All cancellations must be confirmed by post, fax, or email and must be received by the dates defined in this policy.
- 100% refunds will be given up to 7 days before of taking possession of the accommodation.
- If the client does not appear on the date of the reservation, the client forfeits all deposits.
- If the client does not appear on the date of the reservation the remaining period of the reservation will be considered cancelled and the owner may dispose of the accommodations.
- In the event of cancellation by the owner, the client will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
